Subject: Cummins SP Teleconference Minutes May 7 2010

Attendance - Jeff Clark, Mark Cooper, Zack Bishop, Bob Campbell, Jim Matasic, Philip Saad, Shawn Whitacre, Scott Richards, Jim Gutzwiller, Jim Moritz

The main purpose of the call was to discuss whether or not the ISM test should be declared out of control per the March SP meeting action item. The data on new filters and crossheads was felt to be encouraging, but the panel understands the need to have the data from all four tests before determining for sure. General consensus was to keep moving forward (with no need to make an out-of-control declaration at this point) and meet the week of May 24th in San Antonio.

Zack Bishop indicated that any labs that have kits that need the new hardware swapped out are to contact him.
